APA格式—網路等電子化資料引用及參考文獻的寫法

近年來，由於網路資料與Email使用頻繁，在進行論文寫作時常需引用到這些電子化資料，美國心理學學會（APA）為順應需求，在2001年發表之APA出版手冊第五版，重新統整網路等文獻寫作的格式，主要包括Email的引用、網頁的引用、網路資料的引用、網路資料參考文獻的寫法等，說明如下（請參閱APA手冊，第268-281頁）。
一、Email的引用格式
在文章中如以Email當作參考資料，比照個人通訊（personal communications）格式，僅在文中註明不列入參考文獻中，格式如下：

二、網頁的引用
在文章中如不直接引用網路資料，但建議讀者直接上網查詢相關資料，此時，可以直接寫出網頁名稱，並註明網址，此種引用方式也僅在文中註明不列入參考文獻中，格式如下：

三、網路資料的引用
在文章中引用到網路資料時，其寫作方式與一般參考資料的寫法一致，一般引用時寫出作者及年代，全文引用時須加註頁碼，格式如下：
英文格式1：Razik (1997) has argued that …
英文格式2：Research (eg., Boyan, 1999) has indicated that…
英文格式3：As Myers (2000, p. 5) aptly phrased it, “positive emotions are both
an end? better to live fulfilled, with joy [and other positive
emotions]? and a means to a more caring and healthy society.”
英文格式4：Iannaccone (1982) comments:
The principal reform
movement reveals social class bias both with composition of its leadership and
in its political ideology. The same class bias characterized its educational
reform membership and its ideology of educational governance reflected the same
corporate model. (p. 298)
中文格式1：張芬芬（民90）認為…
中文格式2：相關研究顯示（如：張煌熙，民88）…
中文格式3：劉春榮（民88，頁31）主張：「參與學校校務運作，三方都
有表達意見的權利與機會，但不應使意見的表達具有排他性。」
中文格式4：陳明終（民85）指出：
能力或特質的不同，固然會使測驗分數有所差異，但測驗分數常受不相干因素的影響，使得能力或特質相同的受試者，在測驗上得到不同的分數。造成分數差異的眾多原因之一，是試題具有不同的功能（即試題有偏誤）。（頁1）
四、網路資料參考文獻的寫法
網路資料參考文獻的寫法大致與一般格式相同，必須指出作者、時間、文章名稱或書名、雜誌名稱等基本資料，如無日期可查括弧內的時間英文文獻需註明（n.d.）中文文獻需註明（無日期），但第五版已經不再使用[On-line]以及Available等字，改用Retrieved from…。但網頁的內容會不斷的修正，有的網址甚至會變動，因此會變動之文獻必須特別寫出上網擷取資料的日期，以利參考，格式如下：

五、結語
網路等電子化資料之引用與參考文獻之寫法，大致與一般資料之格式相似，但因為資料具有變動性，因此，在網址、網頁、上網擷取資料日期等方面有較詳細之規定，目的在給予原著者或單位必要的尊重，一方面方便閱讀者直接查詢相關資料，同時也可以作為其他研究者或閱讀者文獻驗證之用，以確保學術研究倫理，並提升學術研究品質。
